[ ] Arrange local maintenance in your home country.
[ ] Clarify guarantees, urgent contacts and responsibility for extra costs.

VISIT ONE — APPROXIMATELY FIVE DAYS, INDIVIDUALLY CONFIRMED
Clinical examination and required imaging; agreement of the final plan;
necessary extractions and implant placement as appropriate; fixed temporary
teeth only when clinically appropriate. Obtain individual recovery and
travel instructions before flying home.

HEALING AT HOME
Follow the clinical team's food, cleaning and medication instructions.
Attend agreed reviews. Use the clinical contact route for a concern.
Do not adjust or remove the bridge yourself.

VISIT TWO — TIMING AND LENGTH INDIVIDUALLY CONFIRMED
Final restorative appointments, fitting and checks after the appropriate
healing phase. Do not book against a generic timetable.

BEFORE RETURNING HOME
[ ] Request treatment summary and relevant imaging.
[ ] Request implant and restorative component details.
[ ] Keep personal cleaning and maintenance instructions.
[ ] Confirm local follow-up and the contact route for complications.
[ ] Confirm who pays for local care, repairs or an additional journey.
