Travel & support

Budapest, with the practical details considered.

Prepare for international dental treatment with a written plan, agreed dates and one coordinator bringing the arrangements together.

Before you book a flight

Start with the treatment discussion and preliminary case review. Confirm the clinic, surgeon, treatment scope and practical arrangements. Book travel only once dates have been agreed.

The first visit is approximately 5 days; the second visit’s duration is individually planned. Leave the exact schedule to the clinical and laboratory requirements.

Prepare your records

  • Passport or appropriate travel documents
  • Copies of the treatment proposal and appointment details
  • Dental imaging requested by the clinical team
  • A current medication list and relevant health information
  • Your coordinator’s number and travel arrangements

Accommodation and airport arrival

Accommodation associated with your treatment visits and airport transfers are included. Bence confirms the details in advance so you know where you are going and who to contact.

If a companion is travelling with you, agree accommodation and transfer arrangements before booking.

Returning home

Ask the clinical team about your own readiness to fly and aftercare requirements. Keep the contact plan accessible and arrange any recommended follow-up. Travel documents, entry rules and insurance should be checked with the relevant provider for your circumstances.
